GSA FOUNDRY
GSA is a foundry of SAFAS Group, founded in 1978 in Sovizzo in the province of Vicenza.
It produces castings from a few grams in weight to 600 kilos in a wide range of steels, from ordinary carbon steels to highly alloyed ones, to nickel and cobalt-based super alloys.
We are a lean and dynamic foundry able to meet the demands from very small to large industry and is mainly focused on the production of single parts and small series.
Over the years, the company gained its strength, experience and expertise in making a big range of castings, also extending to finished process and the use of prototyping for modeling.
GSA is part of the Steel Casting Division of SAFAS Group, which has been internationally acknowledged since 1960 as leader of the steel and cast iron casting sector.
With its specialized units, foundries and mechanical workshops, the Steel Casting Division provides its customers rough or finished castings for mechanical processing for any type of application in the a whole range of available steels and cast iron, from few kg up to 32.000 kg.

Safas Spa, foundry for castings in special steel up to 32 tons, with arc and AOD furnaces.
SAFAS TUNIS, for castings up to 3000 kg in steel, located in Tunis.
FONDERIA PASUBIO, for special cast iron castings up to 3000 kg located in Zanè (VI).
AMS, the Group’s mechanical workshops for machining special mechanics in Sovizzo (VI).
LAS, a workshop specialized in the deburring and finishing of parts produced by the Group.
